Our approach is best described in a case study:

A client had an existing web application which was becoming very popular. However, it was poorly written and couldn't scale to meet the clients growing business.

We analyzed what was currently in place, the future plans for the application, the budget, and the time frame required. We proposed a complete rewrite of the application. The client was in a rush and agreed to the project if it could be completed in two weeks using existing hard ware.

A team of three was quickly assembled. In the allotted two weeks the application was completely rewritten, on budget and on time. The re-launched web application was able to handle 20 times the original traffic, easily handling 350,000 unique visitors per day.

As the site was implemented using open source software, there are no licensing fees bringing down the total cost of ownership.
