Started in early 2003, we are an cloud-focused architecture, scaling, software and analytics company.

Often our clients will approach us when they need to build out or scale up their application but are finding that using the current setup and/or resources just isn't working and they need help, and fast.

A good way to describe our how we operate is with an analogy. Many other consulting firms tend to use large numbers of employees, or even rooms full of outsourced people, much like an infantry of an Army. However, our style we are more like the special forces dropped deep into the thick of things. We (and our clients) believe a smaller number of highly-expert people can be more effective, agile, and efficient than a room full of medium-level talent.

By leveraging top talent, we are able to be dropped into a project which is on the ropes, and, after looking at the architecture, code, requirements, and people involved; we often see that given the current assets on the project, the goals can be achieved with re-factoring what is already in place. Where another consulting company might just want to steamroll their rewrite because their foot soldiers couldn't see the options and/or aren't adept enough to adapt to what is already in place.

Put simply, we are the people who get called when things are about to hit the fan. And when we are finished, scalability, extendibility, and a cost of ownership far less than the trajectory prior to us arriving was taking them on, will be left behind.
